BY HIP CERTIFICATION THROUGH THE OFA / SV/ and PENN HIP programs the risk of Crippling Hip Dysplacia is greatly reduced

OFA: A dog must be two years old for a permanent OFA while prelim OFA's at 12 months. 

 GERMAN SV: The SV "A stamp" for hips or elbows can be done at one year.
